This Sitepal "Scene" as they call it took me 10 minutes to setup. Just like most avatars it is totally customizable. And, I was able to upload my voice. They offer a 15 day free trial and reasonable monthly packages. Oddcast reports scripted avatars when used on the web punch up lead and consumer message retention numbers.
